July 4th Celebration and Parade

Join us for a fun-filled community celebration as we honor the United States’ 250th year of independence with a grand parade! Residents, families, local groups, businesses, and visitors are invited to take part in this patriotic event and help fill Main Street with excitement, hometown pride, and plenty of red, white, and blue. Parade entries are welcome and may include tractors, side-by-sides, antique vehicles, floats, decorated cars, bicycles, walking groups, and other creative displays. The parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. EST, with marshalling starting at 4:30 p.m. EST. Participants should line up at Burch Street, then travel north down Main Street before ending at Commonwealth Drive. Come out, cheer on your neighbors, and be part of a memorable celebration for this historic milestone!
